Our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to sigmavexae for the services directly causing the damages in the twelve months preceding the claim.

• Final project outcomes depend on factors beyond our control

Confidentiality

sigmavexae acknowledges that in the course of providing services, we may have access to confidential information about your business and projects. We commit to:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of all client information
• Using confidential information only for the purpose of providing services
• Implementing appropriate security measures to protect confidential data
• Not disclosing confidential information to unauthorised third parties
• Returning or destroying confidential information upon request

This confidentiality obligation survives termination of our service relationship and continues indefinitely unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Termination

Either party may terminate service agreements with reasonable notice as specified in individual contracts. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our website and services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

In such circumstances, we will use reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact and resume normal operations as soon as practicable.
